    personally speaking, after recording my beloved vinyl i don't use any additional process. i have a direct "turntable" connection on my sound card and i just keep it this way. in fact my files have a very low volume (-8/-9 DBFS for LP, -3/-7 DBFS for an EP or 12" mix). this is the best possible scenario due to the direct connection between my PC.
